CANCELLATION / NO SHOW FEE - $50.00 + HST
*** Cancellation Policy: A Minimum of 24 hours notice is required.
This fee will be charged for missed appointments and/or cancellations when less than
24 hours notice is provided.
*** Each Massage Therapy treatment duration is guaranteed except in the case of late arrival.
*** Please allow up to an additional 15-20 Minutes on each treatment for pre and post assessment, post treatment home care and therapeutic exercise when applicable.
*** Refund Policy: Refunds are not applicable to Massage Therapy and Personal Training treatments.
*** Tips: Not accepted. Your satisfaction is thanks enough!
