Therapeutic personal training is meant to help you increase strength and/or mobility in specific areas to help you with pain and to help you achieve optimal postural alignment. We will prescribe a variety of exercises to assist you in this endeavour, ensuring that you use proper pain-free technique.

- Improving/increasing strength and tone in muscles and muscle groups that are weak
