COVID-19 PROTOCOLS - Keeping Our Community Safe
We wish to share what we are doing to keep you and our staff safe. While you can expect the same high level of quality care, we have made some changes to ensure we are doing everything possible to help limit the spread of COVID-19.
In accordance with Ministry of Health mandate, we continue to ensure priority booking for essential therapeutic treatments. Until we receive further direction from the Minister of Health, we must continue to screen all patients prior to each visit. Our doors also remain locked between patient visits. Only booked clients may enter our facility at this time.

Safety and Sanitation
COVID-19 Pre-Screening:
The day before your booked appointment, we will call you to complete a mandatory COVID-19 pre-screening questionnaire. This is required under Ministry of Health mandate.
Upon successful completion of this pre-screening, your appointment will be confirmed. In the event that you can answer “Yes” to any of the pre-screening questions, we will reschedule your appointment and direct you to the appropriate health care entity for further assistance.
On the day of your in-person appointment, we will conduct a quick pre-screening follow-up immediately before your treatment begins.
Mandatory Temperature Check
Upon your arrival, we will take a forehead temperature reading, using a contactless Infrared Thermometer, to confirm that you do not have a fever. If your temperature reading is indicative of fever, we must immediately cancel your appointment and refer you to the appropriate health care provider for further assistance.
Please note: At all times, it is contraindicated for Massage Therapy and Physiotherapy to be administered when a patient has a fever.
Patient & Staff Hygiene
If you have one, please bring your own mask to your in-person appointment.
Before and after your appointment, you will be asked to wash your hands with soap and water.
Our already high level of hygiene and sanitation protocols will be augmented with additional procedures to keep you and our staff safe:
- As always, all treatment rooms, equipment, common public high-touch areas and our washroom facility will be sanitized, with hospital-grade disinfectant cleaners, between patient visits and after each use. We will maintain our current practice of sanitizing door handles, light switches - anything that is touched by patients and/or staff.
- All staff members are supplied with masks, gloves and face shields for use as required. We have an ample supply of PPE to ensure we are well equipped to keep you and our staff safe!
